Andrew is a BIFA & Royal Television Society-nominated Producer and graduate of the presitigious National Film and Television School with a Master’s degree in Producing. Whilst studying at the school he received the Christie Award for “Most Promising Student” and was bestowed with the Mike Frankovich Columbia Tristar Scholarship.
He is currently script editing Agatha Raisin for Company Pictures & Free@ Last TV. Prior to this he has worked on several major television dramas including Endeavour, Coronation Street and Holby City.
Over the past few years Andrew has produced several award winning films, animations and a VR game, which have collectively been shown at over 200 film festivals including Clermont Ferrand, BFI London Film Festival and Edinburgh. He is fascinated in how technological advances affect storytelling, particularly virtual reality and augmented reality. He was recently nominated for two Unity awards for the virtual reality game Into the Black, the only UK student game to be nominated, that was praised by VR Focus as “The future is bright and enthusiastic about game creation and VR, based on Into The Black.”
In addition to developing a slate of projects for film, television and games he is a guest lecturer at the National Film and Television School, where he teaches on the Producing, Games Design & Development, and Marketing & Distribution MA courses.
